Rachel Woods serves as Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Baylor’s Hankamer School of Business, where she teaches Principled Leadership and the Campus Leadership Practicum. She is also a co-leader of the Christ-Like Humility in Business initiative through the Center for Christian Leadership & Ethics in the Hankamer School of Business. Woods brings 20 years of experience in the leadership development industry to the classroom.  She has served as a trainer, consultant, and coach to leaders across diverse sectors, including agriculture, non-profits, education, museums, security, government, and insurance. Woods has championed women’s leadership development in over 25 countries through her work with the Women’s Democracy Network (WDN) in Washington, D.C., where she serves on the Advisory Council. Woods has been recognized with the Hankamer Excellence in Teaching Award, Baylor’s Outstanding Faculty Award, a designation as a McBride Fellow for international engagement, and the Hankamer Global Engagement Award.
