Beyond the Norm — Approaches to Grading

For many instructors, grading structures are taken for granted and often replicate their experiences as students. Although all Baylor instructors submit letter grades, faculty can use any number of processes for calculating or structuring grading processes—from mastery grading to contract grading to peer and collaborative grading.
